Ensure you have access to a stable internet connection for your sessions

Choose a quiet and private space where you can chat openly, free from distractions.

Make yourself your favourite cuppa and get comfy for your online sessions.
How often you attend therapy is completely up to you and your personal goals. We normally recommend beginning with weekly or fortnightly sessions, and gradually reducing your sessions as you achieve your desired outcomes.
The duration of therapy will look different for each individual. Some people may benefit from a brief course of therapy (8-12 weeks), others may prefer to work with us over longer periods of time (6-18 months). We’ll work together to adapt your therapy duration and session frequency to suit your specific needs.
You can change or cancel your appointment with no fees up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Changes and cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total session cost. This is to give us enough time to offer your spot to other clients waiting to see a therapist.
Unfortunately Psychotherapists and Counsellors are not yet covered under the Mental Health Care Plan Scheme (MHCP). However our affordable prices have been designed to be comparable with other mental health professionals, even after the rebate has been applied.
eGrowth Therapy is not a crisis support service. If you are experiencing an emergency or severe distress please call 000, or contact one of Australia’s crisis support services listed here https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/mental-health-helplines
